Terms and Conditions of Trade
Our office hours are 10.00 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Friday.
Initial order: Pro-Forma. Minimum order value is £100.
Repeat orders: The minimum order is £20.
Terms : Strictly 30 days.
Returns: To be notified in writing within one week of receipt of invoice.
Carriage: Carriage is charged at cost.
Coding
Throughout the catalogue items are denoted by the following codes.
N - necklet BCH - brooch R - ring
BN - bangle P - pendant CO - clips
BR - bracelet ER - ear rings CL - cuff links
Z in front of these codes means green amber
M in front of these codes means multi colour amber

Agent: Your local agent carries stock and can visit you at your premises. Please contact us or your agent directly to make appointment.
Payment
Credit/Visa: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Delta.
Cheque Account: Cheques should be made payable to Amber Hall Jewellery Ltd
Account Customer: To open an account we ask that you complete an application form with two satisfactory trade references. Upon receipt of satisfactory credit references all orders will be subject to our normal 30 day terms.

- Non account customers must make payment with the order, which will be despatched once the funds have cleared.
- Goods remain the property of Amber Hall Jewellery until they have been paid in full.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT and subject to change without prior notice.
- Amber is a natural fossilised tree resin so colours may vary slightly.
- In case of hand made amber pieces please be aware that there is a variance of the stone size and item weight 10%- 15%.
- Items are not placed on back order unless customers specifically requested.
